This photo was taken by Clarence S. Bull of Rosalind Russell at her home. Bull was born in1896 and was hired by MGM president Samuel Goldwyn in 1920 to photograph publicity stills, He became head of the department and became famous for his shots of Greta Garbo from 1926 to 1941.Rosalind Russell was well known for her roles in Auntie Mame 1958, The Women 1939 and Gypsy 1962. She appeared in over 50 movies throughout her career.
