This is an Omega Automatic Seamaster DE VILLE. The back cover is stamped 1971 James E. Thompson along with the TI logo, who was a prominent Texas Instruments design engineer, who was instrumental in engineering the early TI calculators. 10k GF band the bezel tests as 14k Golf, but is not stamped.
