An original commemorative collage painting by world renowned James Groman in a frame, signed by the Groman and dated 1990. The painting features imagery from various Irwin Allen science fiction productions including The Time Tunnel (ABC, 1966-67), Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea (ABC, 1964-68), and Lost in Space (CBS, 1965-68).

An original brochure with 20 pages; from the musical by Stephen Sondheim which ran on Broadway from 1971 to 1972. It was a flop in the beginning, but it is now considered a classic production, primarily due to the song, “I’m Still Here,” which was first introduced in this musical and first sung by De Carlo who had a starring role. De Carlo signed page 6 in blue felt-tip ink “To Mummy / Much love / from / daughter / Yvonne / ’71.” The lot also includes a fold out notecard from the show and a ‘House Seat Order’ pamphlet from when the show ran at the Shubert Theatre in Century City, which still starred De Carlo!

The main Program is 12 x 9 inches

Batman Forever, Val Kilmer, Wrist Launcher

This black plastic launcher that attached by Velcro was used by Val Kilmer in Batman Forever Warner Bros. 1995). Its purpose was for launching the hero Bat Grapple Hook from his wrist. It was used through the movie and especially at the end of the movie 7.5” x 4.25”

Antique East India Mirror

East India Company advertising mirror. These mirrors were used in many U.K. pubs and restaurants in the 70’s. It is in a heavy wood frame professionally done and measures 34.5” X 24.5”. Manufactured in the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. There were approximately three different designs of these mirrors manufactured.

Peggy Sue Painting

This painting is of Peggy Sue Gerron and was commissioned by her husband at the time Jerry Allison (drummer of Buddy Holly and the Crickets) who co-wrote with Buddy Holly one of most famous chart topping songs of Buddy Holly and the Crickets career “Peggy Sue”. The painting was done by renown artist F. Nunn and was completed in the early 1960’s for Peggy Sue as an anniversary gift. It was in her possession up until her passing in 2018. Peggy Sue also chose to use this portrait on the cover of her 2008 book Whatever Happed To Peggy Sue? that is her memoir recounting time spent growing up in Lubbock with Buddy and the Crickets and the recording days at Norm Petty Studio”. The framed portrait measures 35” X 45”. A hardbound copy of her book will accompany the portrait.

“Buddy Holly Tribute” Canvas Painting

This “Tribute to Buddy Holly” artwork is an original Painting on Canvas created and signed by renowned artist Jeff Schaub. The artwork depicts that fateful early morning plane crash on February 3rd 1959 along with Ritchie Valens, and J.P. “The Big Bopper” Richardson which to this day is referred to as “The Day the Music Died”. The artist wanted to incorporate three of many classic photos of Buddy along with the news release caption and the field along the fence line that the plane come to a rest at Clear Lake Iowa. Also incorporated is his last new purchase a 1958 Impala. The canvas painting measures 30”X40” and will come with its Letter of Authenticity.
